Doing The Right Thing, No Matter The Size Of The Job
Efficient Lighting Maintenance Inc has been in business since 1981. We have been contractors for the Small Business Energy Advantage program since 1999 as one of United Illuminating and Eversource’s vendors. We perform energy assessments and upgrade facilities lighting, thermostats, water saving measures, and insulation on pipes to save energy as well. We also determine if there are other measures such as advanced rooftop controls to install to reduce the energy and Weatherization (insulation). We pride ourselves in doing the right thing for customers each and every day no matter the size of the job.
Efficient Lighting Maintenance encourages our customers to participate in the Energize ConnecticutSM Home Energy SolutionsSM and Home Energy Solutions – Income EligibleSM program through our partnership with New England Smart Energy (NESE).
As a utility-authorized contractor, NESE performs home energy assessments and follow-up weatherization upgrades that help Efficient Lighting Maintenance customers reduce energy usage, save money, and improve the safety and comfort of their homes.
