The City of New Haven has partnered with New England Smart Energy, an Energize Connecticut℠ authorized contractor, to help bring you low- or no-cost energy-saving home improvements through the Energy Efficient Elm City program.
What’s available?
Over $1.5 million in federal funding to help New Haven residents:

Are you eligible?
- Own or rent in New Haven (renters must have landlord’s permission)
- Live in home of four units or less
- Have income below 80% of the area median income (see income limits below)
